Cultivate Coffee Roasters is hiring part-time and full-time baristas for our Martinsburg coffee shop. We’re looking for dependable, positive people who care about great coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming experience for our community.Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Pay is $13–$17/hour + tips, based on experience, with flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities to grow with our team.
